Project Earth Day Fashion Show. EGB celebrates Earth Day with an annual showcase of today’s best up-and-coming and established eco-fashion designers. The 2007 show featured a stunning display of the latest fashion designs in organic fibers and found materials by up and coming designers. The night featured a student competition, judged by a panel of industry leaders, with the winner awarded a cash prize and mentorship opportunity.
Member Meetings. We love green building, but… we like to network and have fun, too! Member meetings let our members get together informally to celebrate our achievements, recognize our leaders, plan for the future, and gather as a community. USGBC New York members, Board, and staff gather to socialize, network, and celebrate the Chapter at events such as our summer picnic and other member meetings. |
