Board of Directors

USGBC New York is governed by a 15-person Board of Directors elected from the membership. Each year, USGBC New York’s membership elects three Directors, and the Board elects two Directors. The Directors serve three-year terms.

The Board’s primary functions are to establish USGBC New York’s vision, ensure the organization’s financial health and legal compliance, and provide oversight of all programs and activities. Many Directors also chair committees and directly manage and participate in programs.
